Recipe: Chicken Noodle Soup

1 whole or 2 half chicken breasts
4 cups chicken broth
1/3 package dry egg noodles
1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. cilantro
1 tsp.  marjoram
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. rosemary
1 bay leaf 

Saute chopped chicken in olive oil in dutch oven. Add chicken broth, bring to boil. Turn to simmer. Stir in all ingredients except noodles.

Simmer for about an hour.

Add noodles for the last five minutes.
